ASPIRE
The concept behind this project was to create an app which helped to improve the 'mental self' - and in creating Aspire, I have designed an app that I feel would benefit a majority of individuals, particularly students, including myself.
The project focused around ways to make everyday life more manageable, and in turn, promote productivity and reduce the anxiety which surrounds
juggling a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Juggling responsibilities, studying, exercise, social meet-ups, deadlines and employment commitments can be a daunting task, and can take a considerable toll on your mental health. As a response to this problem, I have designed an app which combines a number of elements which I feel is key to balancing your life.
The app includes a fully customisable calendar and day planner, to track and make time for tasks throughout the day. It also includes a task management area in which tasks and deadlines can be tracked and not forgotten. It also includes a steps monitor to encourage regular exercise, as well as an explore feature which provides articles, videos and images as a source of constant motivation and inspiration for users.
